A client in Kitchener-Waterloo area is looking for Permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representatives - French. In this position you will be responsible for providing service to advisors and customers by the daily processing and administration of transactions related to the company's products.

Main Accountabilities:
• Daily processing of transactions related to our products
• Complete all work with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate daily with advisors, clients, team leaders and other staff
• Respond pro-actively to inquiries or concerns from advisors or partners
• Develop and maintain good client and internal relationships while ensuring
confidentiality
• Review documents to ensure data is correct and within specified terms and obtaining
and verifying missing or incomplete data
• Provide phone support (8am-4pm, 10am-6pm) on a monthly rotational basis

Competitive salary - $33,000 year plus incentive bonus based on performance

Bilingual (French and English)
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Solid organizational abilities (ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of responsibilities daily)
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well in a multi-tasked environment
• A detail-oriented, analytical thinker
• Problem solving and good judgement
• Strong mathematical skills
• Basic understanding of accounting
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is an asset
• Previous banking experience is an asset
• MUST be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
