In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Quest Brands Inc. is seeking a highly organized, driven, and adaptable Warehouse/Logistics Manager to lead their Warehouse team at their new facility in London, Ontario.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Warehouse/Logistics Manager will oversee the daily management of the Warehouse/Logistics operations and drive improvement activities through the development of people and processes. Working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, the Warehouse/Logistics Manager will provide collaborative and engaging leadership to a diligent team of professionals to succeed and proficiently grow.

This proven leader will be essential in People Management; Shipping/Receiving; Picking; Warehouse Organization; and Administration, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Leading, training, coaching, and mentoring all Warehouse/Logistics personnel to feel secure and supported in their positions while enforcing systems, policies, and procedures and to ensure positive results are achieved.
• Negotiating and selecting core carriers to ensure value and on-time deliveries are met and are cost-efficient; ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all outgoing and incoming shipments in alignment with set standards and workload distribution; and overseeing the effective resolution of all obstacles.
• Ensuring that all picking processes are followed and that the building of pallets is in accordance with company standards.
• Overseeing Warehouse organization for optimization and the use of space for materials and products; managing maintenance and cleaning duties for the Warehouse and its equipment; and ensuring inventory integrity though effective count process with the Supply Chain Manager.
• Overseeing the security and preservation of all equipment and products within the Warehouse Area and ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are met.
• Overseeing the selection and management of international and local freight providers and Customs Brokers.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the ideal candidate will present with a relevant post-secondary education coupled with at least 5 years of demonstrated, hands-on Warehouse Management experience. As a proven and engaging people-centric leader, the successful candidate will demonstrate a team-oriented mindset with a high appreciation and enthusiasm for collaboration, while providing value-added coaching and mentorship of others to achieve results within a high-growth manufacturing environment. Additionally, this Warehouse Management professional will possess a deep understanding of Health and Safety processes and policies to ensure a positive and safe work environment for all Warehouse staff. This position will also require excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities to drive results and maintain an open, productive work environment for all team members.
