The Randstad Inhouse Services line of business caters to companies that require large numbers of temporary workers to facilitate fluctuating demand over a lengthy period. Each client is assigned a specific staffing consultant who works exclusively and directly on site to handle recruitment, ensure the efficiency of the hiring process and improve the retention of temporary employees.

The Opportunity

The RIS Account Manager, London, will act as on-site extension of the clients HR function, assuming responsibility for the full procurement lifecycle that directly supports the client specific strategic and operational goals. The primary objective of an RIS Account Manager is to ensure consistent delivery of contract terms and KPI¡¦s and provide support and guidance to temporary workers. Account Managers are also responsible to drive order fill rates for our RIS client by evaluating their staffing needs, as well as candidates¡¦ skill and experience, to make effective matches. A successful Account Manager builds and manages a database of qualified candidates for a specific RIS account, which they then consult in evaluating the needs of a given account.

Daily responsibilities include recruiting, retention, and developing the flexible workforce staff.
Recruiting, interviewing, coaching and developing candidates to meet and exceed the needs of our clients
Evaluating talent and assessing client demands to make the match between the client¡¦s staffing needs and the candidate¡¦s skills and experience
Managing the fill of client orders on an ongoing basis
Develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the client¡¦s needs and output requirements.
Supporting client operations by providing top quality service and talent management to support their business operations needs
Scheduling | Performance Management | Reporting
Maintain regular communication with key external client contacts and end users to provide tailored services and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Oversee workforce deployment to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and the successful fulfillment of agreements made with both the client and talent.

Execute a proactive retention program to keep the workforce engaged and motivated.
Execute branch action plan to achieve business goals and sustain a high level of service excellence.
Manage turnover and improve retention of a flexible workforce according to the client's business needs and productivity.

Train, coach, and monitor the workforce to achieve optimal productivity and output.
Responsible for conducting weekly meetings with the client to maintain top of the mind knowledge of the client's business, current opportunities and challenges, and workforce requirements.
To be responsible for accurate and timely administration including client and RIS management information reporting and talent payroll.
