Due to growth of the business and near term retirements we are seeking an individual to join our finance and business support department as a Accounting Manager in the Innerkip, ON Head Office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•         Inventory Accounting
•         Performing banking reconciliations
•         Estimating & Pricing
•         Billings & Collections
•         Job Cost Analysis
•         Analysis of Expenditure
•         Assisting with Purchasing
•         Supporting the Project Managers when needed
•         Other projects & general accounting as required

Skills & Qualifications:

•        Post Secondary education with a Business area of specialization
•        5+ years experience in a similar role
•        Working towards an Accounting designation considered an asset.
•        Knowledge of the construction industry considered an asset
•        Advanced computer skills, proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel is required
•        Knowledge of Jonas Construction Software considered an asset
•        Strong organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills
•        Must be able to work independently while supporting the team objectives.
•        Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
•        Effective communication skills with all levels within the organization
•        Attention to detail
