• Straight Afternoons (3pm-11pm)
• Shifts are Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Duties and Responsibilities:
 

• Prepares data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Resolves issues by returning incomplete documents to the team leader for clarification
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verifies by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data
• Secures information by completing data base backups
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential
   
   

 Job Qualifications:
 

• 1+ years experience in a data entry role
• Preference with be given to individuals who have worked within a Materials Department
• MUST have exceptional data-entry skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Detail oriented and organized
• Other clerical duties as required
