Randstad is recruiting for multiple Imaging clerks who will work with a document scanning team. This team provides electronic images to select processing area within a large insurance company.

Responsibilities
• Ensure documents are accurately and efficiently scanned to the appropriate queues
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Maintain a consistent workflow with the ability to set priorities and work within tight deadlines
• Provide excellent quality customer service by meeting all required Service Level Agreements
• Assist with projects and perform administrative functions as required
• Meet department document scanning benchmark requirements

Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

Waterloo location
3 month contract
Monday to Friday
Evening shift : 3pm to 11pm, OT until 1am if volume requires
$13.00 per hour
Start date - Sept 28th, 2015

Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Proficient PC skills, including in-depth knowledge of Louts Notes and MS Office
Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and the ability to handle confidential information
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Able to work overtime until 1am

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
