Equipment Installation Technician (Bench)

The Position

You have a minimum of 3 years related work experience in a service/equipment repair environment. You have excellent customer service skills, combined with the patience to work through technical issues with non-technical customers. You have superior attention to detail, are naturally curious and can work a problem through to a solution. You are able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner, demonstrating efficient time management and organizational skills. You are a self-starter, working well independently or as part of a team. You are comfortable with regularly unpacking, lifting and moving heavy dental equipment on a daily basis. Please note, a valid driver’s license is required. **Must be able to travel Ontario; some weekend work may be required.
