In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Amway is seeking a proactive, analytical, passionate Advisor, Sales Growth (Bilingual) to join their growing team in London, Ontario!

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Advisor, Sales Growth will be responsible for the provision of creating strategic support to emerging business leaders in Canada in achieving a healthy, balanced, and sustainable business. While championing corporate-established targets and inspiring a customer-centric focus, the Bilingual Sales Support Specialist will effectively collaborate with Independent Business Owners (IBOs) for their growth and prosperity while demonstrating compassion, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will have a relevant post-secondary education or equivalent working experience with 3-5 years in an Analytics or Sales role. You will be fluent in both English and Spanish with the capacity to communicate complex topics and data while translating information into actionable business insights. You will use your well-honed communication skills to present information to large groups with enthusiasm, influencing confidence and a sense of togetherness in others. As a natural solutions-seeker, you will demonstrate excellent data analysis, time management, and problem-solving skills that will support project/program administration initiatives. You must also have a valid passport with the ability to travel to the USA (less COVID restrictions).
