In the position of a Controller – International Division, we would ask you to do the following:
 
  • Oversee all accounting activities of the International Division and manage the financial reporting processes.
  • Work with the international business units on monthly financial reporting, cash forecasting, annual budgets, job cost analysis and full cycle accounting monthly close offs.
  • Implement appropriate internal controls, financial processes, ensure timely and accurate reporting.  Work in a multi-currency environment.
  • Integrated and streamline accounting systems and processes.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and conduct acquisition due diligence.
  • Liaison with international partners, financial institutions, consultants and auditors.
  • Work with complex corporate structures as part of a large corporate group.

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • You have a strong accounting background and hold a CPA designation.
  • Travel to international business units is required.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years relevant progressive work experience.
  • You are a well organized, detail oriented individual able to work as part of a team in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • You possess advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
