Our client in the Cambridge area is looking for Data Entry Administrators with some reconciliation experience for immediate openings.
Responsibilities will include:
· Monitoring and validating receipt from customers and reconcile to internal systems
· Analyzing information gathered and reporting weekly and quarterly statistics
· Correcting maintenance setup of customers
· Collaborating with the additional departments to ensure maximum effectiveness of systems and reporting
· Monitoring, identifying and resolving shrink issues and notifying Independent Operators and Sales Department of Inventory and Return Credit issues.
· Providing other departments with tools to increase competency
· Providing assistance and back up for generating all billing statements and assisting Settlement with quarterly scan adjustments and procedures
Possible temp to perm assigment for the right candidate

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 4:30
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
1-2 years Administrative/Data Entry experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
