Responsibilities:

• Commissioning building automation systems including HVAC/R, card access and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot system and programming issues
• Programming systems and revisions to existing GCL programming
• Software upgrades to system controllers, client machine and servers
• Service hardware and software, including V3.xx, Orcaview, Illustrator, Orcaweb, enteliWEB and enteliVIZ software suites
• Perform Building Systems integration through BACnet, Tridium, Modbus, or LONworks
• Configuration of 3rd party-controlled equipment
• Graphical user interface editing and troubleshooting of HTML 5, Java and SVG Viewer plugins

Requirements:

• Electrical Technologist Diploma or similar is required
• Must have experience interpreting mechanical/electrical blueprints, BAS system schematics and I/O points summary
• Experience commissioning HVAC control installation is crucial
• Must have valid Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
