This role holds potential for quick growth to an intermediate law clerk positioning.

We require the following criteria please:

• Ideally a Law Clerk Diploma (or similar relevant post secondary education, a transcript is required)
• Ideally one plus years of Personal Injury experience.
• Knowledge of Tort Law
• Knowledge of Accident Benefits (AB).(Knowledge of the SABS would be an asset) Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, (Primafact experience would be an asset)).

Our ideal candidate will be organized, highly proactive, a problem-solver, can multi-task, and can communicate effectively on all levels (both written and verbal).
