Talent Acquisition (Bilingual)
Job Description
- Implementing full cycle recruiting in accordance with documented processes meeting established timelines for each stage of the process.
- Facilitating new employee onboarding and online orientation, ensuring all required forms are completed accurately.
- Posting to and searching through social media applications including but not limited to job boards, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn using media and messages that is specific to the target group; interacting with candidates.
- Leading labour attraction activities such as career/job fairs, open houses, information sessions and other related activities ensuring the Company obtains maximum exposure and achieves the goal of obtaining targeted labour pool resources.
- Conducting community outreach to establish and maintain partnerships for the purpose of generating a pool of qualified candidates.
- Conducting competitive research regarding external recruiting components such as recruiting methodologies, wage rates and job market movement; provides suggestions / modifications in tools, technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effective in talent acquisition.
- Ensuring legislative compliance
- Communicate fluently in English and French
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Business Administration with area of concentration in Human Resources
- 1 – 3 years full cycle recruiting experience
- Proficient in web-based recruitment tools, including social media
- Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Technologies
