Job Description
This position reports to the Operations Manager for the manufacturing division and supports all aspects of production. Primary responsibilities are to:
The work is performed at our Goderich location. The usual work pattern is Monday to Friday. The wage rate for this new position will be competitive and reflect the skills required to successfully perform this work to the high standards we require, as well as the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant. An employer paid premium based benefit plan is provided after four months of employment.
Candidates are expected to live in Goderich or the immediate area, or be prepared to relocate within this area during the first four months of employment.

- Create and monitor the manufacturing production schedule
- Develop and maintain work instructions for production
- Analyze production performance, and co-ordinate production activities with procurement, shipping and other departments within the Company
- Track production related inventory
- Liaise with the Customer to address production issues

- Post- Secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering or a related relevant field
- A minimum of two years’ experience in manufacturing production planning/scheduling or related experience and demonstrated performance acceptable to Complete Wind
