RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute strategic plan
• Plan and oversee production, inventory, sales and customer service
• Build and lead a high performance team
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement
• Full P&L responsibilities; increase revenue and meet productivity targets

 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years direct management experience required, including sales management
• Sales and marketing experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in lumber, forestry or woodworking
• Highly organized with a high attention to detail
• Strong planning, communication and time management skills
• Financial analysis experience
   

 
 
EDUCATION:

• University degree in business administration or management

 
 
 
PERKS INCLUDE:

• Competitive starting salary ($70,000-$80,000)
