Are you looking for new opportunities in the insurance industry? Do you have strong attention to detail and analytical skills? If so, you can join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance companies, as a Business Processing Associate in their Kitchener location.
As the Business Processing Associate, you will be responsible for processing financial and administrative transactions. Duties will include:
• Completing all requests and transactions productively and accurately
• Managing and reconciling taxation and/or regulatory plan reporting to resolve discrepancies
• Identifying and investigating problematic issues, non-standard conditions, and client trends
• Recognizing and directing issues that must be escalated to management and/or other departments
• Performing assigned administrative functions

Qualifications
• College/University graduate with previous related work experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of the financial services industry
• Strong customer service
• Strong problem solving skills skills
• Proficient in MS Office and PC skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
