Adecco, on behalf of our client is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives in Waterloo. Our client is a leading Canada-based financial services company and is known for providing their customers with reliable, trustworthy and forward-thinking solutions.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries in regards to their group benefits
• Answering calls with an average length of 5-10 minutes long
• Some outbound follow-up required
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Multitasking in a fast paced environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
• Customer Service Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to adapt to changes
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills
