Our client in the Guelph location are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team.

This candidate would be responsible for but not limited to:

Accounts Payable
- Greeting of the clients and customers, keeping things organized
- Sorting of the packing slips and paperwork received from the counter or warehouse
- Preparing the invoicing and releasing packing slips
- Daily Summary and Balancing of the petty cash
- Release of cash sales and documenting for invoicing
- Preparing of the deposits and processing COD
- Full Invoicing Cycle
- Main Social Committee representative (setting up BBQ, and social functions)


- Working for a reputable, growing company
- Monday - Friday (part time hours to start: 9:00am-3:00pm) then moving to core hours (8:00am-4:30pm)
- Permanent hire with the client

- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office experience
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Superior customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Strong organization and time management skills are required as this is a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- MFG experience great asset
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- 3+ year experience with AP and AR
