Our Waterloo client is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Project Lead for 12 months.
The Senior Business Analyst will require proven project experience to support and implement components of medium to large-sized projects. As the representative on key projects this is a critical position and attention to financial impacts is paramount. The position requires accounting expertise and an understanding of administration systems. The ability to influence and negotiate with parties internal and external to Team is essential for successful results. The Senior Business Analyst is required to lead and coordinate business initiatives and document a wide range of tactical strategies from impact analysis to Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and test plans. The candidate is expected to apply project management and business analysis talents in the execution of work assignments, and to exhibit innovative ideas to influence positive project outcomes and process improvements. As an individual contributor the incumbent will serve as a role model and mentor for peers and junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing honest and timely feedback and inspire them to be engaged in the tasks and projects.
