We are currently looking for a progressive and self-motivated Fixed Operations Manager for Kitchener Nissan.

Reporting to the General Manager, as the Fixed Operations Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Manage the parts and service department to achieve sales, profits and efficiency
Monitor performance of the parts & service departments
Coach, train and foster growth of your employees within your departments
Control costs of the parts & service departments
Build a clientele as well as establish solid employee relationships

Minimum qualifications include:

Parts and service management experience with an automotive brand
Proven track record of high CSI scores
Committed to excellence in customer service
Strong people management with a track record of growing employees
Well-developed communication, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills
Experience with ADP is an asset
