| Freshii Waterloo is hiring Full-Time Permanent Crew Members! King St. N & University Eat. Energize. That's the Freshii motto. The aim is to provide fresh and nutritious meal choices that energize people on the go. We’re looking for exceptional, energetic people to join us. Please note we are hiring full-time permanent positions. Here is what the general responsibilities will include: •Engage all of our guests in a cheerful and helpful manner while preparing their orders; •Know your stuff. Demonstrate a solid understanding of menu items and educate guests on their options; •Use our Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders, receive payment, and make change; •Master preparer of Freshii food items, according to operational procedures, and in a timely manner; •Inventory control. Ensure products meet Freshii standards and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift; •Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up; and •Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image. What do you bring to Freshii? •Energy, positive attitude and be recognized as a solid team player; •At minimum, 2 years of previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer service environment; •Motivated self-starter. Ability to complete duties with minimal supervision, keen attention to detail and desire to continuously improve; •High School graduate or equivalent; and •Focus on living a healthy lifestyle.
