Profession Summary
You will be responsible for scheduling all incoming ingredients according to production. Forecasting all activities related to production and customer deliveries.   
 
Primary Responsibilities:

• Launch, coordinate and organize short-term needs for the production lines.
• Achieve and schedule rework, and projects for production.
• Achieve, use and maintain MRP.
• Achieve inventory levels and safety stocks.
• Release and follow up on raw materials and packaging purchase orders to suppliers.
• Resolve all supplier issues.
• Purchases materials/items as required and releases other incoming materials.

• Create a master production schedule for Chatham facility.
• Collaborate with Production on product requirements.
• Calculate line/tank positions and adjust schedule to accommodate chocolate reception, line capacity and customer demand.
• Accountable for all finished goods truck appointments.
• Accountable for reporting in the following areas: tracing and tracking shipments for internal and external customers and locally impacted freight costs.
• Regarding customer service: process complaints through resolution, order updates and items in progress, and maintain database.
• Communicate carrier compliance issues and service levels.
• Ensure effective communications and interface with customer service, sales, quality and operations.
• Meets/exceeds requirements for food and employee safety.
