Job Overview  

Lead the Quality function including management of Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors; ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, Corporate requirements, and applicable regulations/standards; Management Representative responsibilities for the site; review/approve QMS documents; conduct Management Review.  
  
Responsibilities  
  
Individual Responsibilities: 
  
•          Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation 
•          Responsible to live and exemplify companies Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance. 
  
Functional Responsibilities: 
  
•          Management Representative for the production site. 
•          Manages quality personnel. 
•          Reviews, evaluates, and approves supplier PPAP submissions. 
•          Conducts Management Review at site level and reports as appropriate. 
•          Maintains ISO 13485, QSR, CMDCAS, MDD, etc., compliant production facility. 
•          Lead problem solving activities to ensure effectiveness of the CAPA system. 
•          Performs final quality review and approval as indicated by the Quality Management System. 
•          Reviews performance of quality team members and develops productive quality professionals.

Education & Qualifications 
 
•          BS or equivalent in Engineering or related field. 
•          5 years of quality experience, preferrably in FDA regulated industry. 
•          5 years of Management experience. 
•          ASQ certification preferred.
