Inside Sales Representative QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum grade 12 completion. • Minimum one to two years experience in customer service or sales. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while coordinating activities with team members. • Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Must have a good knowledge of products. • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of tasks. • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Some travel may be required. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate effectively and persuasively with a high volume of customers. • Interact with customers to explain the features of products, respond to customer inquiries, and to promote the products and services. • Assist TM’s with preparing and confirming quotations and other sales administrative tasks as required. • Work with Skyjack Sales Administration Department as needed to follow up and verify details surrounding pending or potential orders for customers. Verifying pricing and lead times as needed. • Communicate regularly with production, logistics, and accounts payable to exchange information. • Ensure all forecasted shipments are completed and invoiced by month end and that quota orders are met. • Manage accounts i.e. reporting, single point of contact, maintaining relationships, ect. • Attend weekly staff meetings. • Assist with coordination of special events as necessary such as trade shows. • Perform other duties/projects as assigned. |
