Our client in the Brantford area had partnered with Randstad Engineering in the search for Quality Control Technicians to join their growing team!

•Location: Brantford, ON
•Day Shift Monday to Thursday 7am-7pm OR Weekend shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 7pm
•Paid overtime after 42 hours
•3 month contract to start
In this role you will have an impact on…
•Perform inspections and line clearances according to approved manufacturing and packaging records
•Perform testing and release of packaging components
•Perform testing and release of in-process bulk product in the QC Chemistry lab
•Assist with document control activities, issue technical documents such as working batch records and packaging records to production, filing/archiving records
•Review technical documents including packaging orders, batch records, QC testing, packaging components, stability and validation testing
•Assist in the generation and review of SOPs and associated controlled documents
•Assist Lab Analysts with daily lab duties
•Flexible to work different shifts as required to provide ongoing quality control support to Production
You’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring…
•Minimum College diploma
•At least 1 year Quality Control/Assurance experience in a GMP environment
•Knowledge of applicable regulatory and industrial standards as it relates to cGMP and GLP is an asset
•Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHMIS) training
•Good Verbal and written communication skills in dealing/corresponding with outside contacts and internal staff
•Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration and FDA
