Express is recruiting for a premier installer of modular homes.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Assemble and disassemble scaffolding
• Occasionally prepare material take-offs
• Complete mostly wood and sometimes steel stud framing projects ranging from additions/renovations to complete homes or structures
• Clearly and proactively communicate job site conditions and any potential concerns that may affect completion of the job to the Site Supervisor
• Lift and carry heavy objects, such as framing lumber, sheets of plywood, and other building materials
• Operate motorized equipment such as a boom lift or scissor lift an asset
• Install roofing (shingles and/or steel panel) and siding (vinyl and/or steel panel)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Framer experience
• Broad knowledge and experience in framing structures
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building codes related to framing
• Comfortable working at heights
• Capability to send and receive emails, photos, and documents on a mobile device
