Outline of Duties

 
The Customer Service Representative resolves day to day issues, requests for action and customer complaints for both retail and food service customers via phone and email including service, delivery, product orders, shortages, invoicing, enforcement of our UPR policy and issuing credits. More specifically, the Customer Service Representative:
 

• Acts on behalf of Agropur's Natrel and Fresh Products division with customers while also serving as a customer support resource for the Territory Sales Managers;
• Creates Discoverer reports including sales statistics, volume reports, UPR reports, empty case reports, and customer reports;
• Provides administrative support required for the district and manages the price lists for district accounts;
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve client service issues;
• Prepares, reviews and submits Customer Information Forms and credit applications for existing and new customer accounts;
• Performs any other related tasks.

 
 

Requirements

 

• College degree in a relevant field;
• 2 to 5 years’ experience related to sales coordination or administration;
• Strong ability to communicate in spoken and written English. French would be considered an asset;
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Velo, SSDW, etc.);
• Team player, analytical, detail oriented, proactive and exemplifies outstanding customer service;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other departments with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Financial acumen to deliver business results.
