A Summer Student - Accounting – to join our Finance Team in Brantford, ON
As a Summer Student in Accounting you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of accounting tasks, filing, scanning and general office duties as needed by the Accounting team. This position is a summer position until August 31st.

As a Summer Student in Accounting you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of accounting tasks, filing, scanning and general office duties as needed by the Accounting team. This position is a summer position until August 31st.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Assist with Accounts Receivable
- Filing, mailing and other administrative tasks as required
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Accounting experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organization skills and accurate filing and record keeping
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and time constraints
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of Grade 12;
- Second or Third year student working toward completion of an accounting diploma/degree
- 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment (would be an asset)
