If so, then we might have the perfect position for you. Our client in Elmira is looking for an electrician to join their maintenance team on a straight night shift.

Some of your day to day activities would include preventative maintenance, assisting with resolution of electrical issues, help with installation of new machinery, and also assist with providing advice on electrical safety code requirements.

Advantages

- permanent position with company
- wage between 25-30/hour based on experience if you're licensed or not.
- Shift premium on afternoon shifts of 55cents/hour

Qualifications
- 442 A Industrial Electrician License (would consider 309A with industrial experience)
- 3-5 years industrial maintenance and industrial electrical experience
- confidence with troubleshooting/diagnosing issues
- preventative maintenance experience
- strong PLC troubleshooting knowledge
- experience working within a high-speed manufacturing environment
- competent computer skills
- ability to working a team or individual setting

Additional Assets:
- PLC Programming experience
- Strong Mechanical background
- 433 A or unlicensed millwright apprenticeship
