As Financial Analyst at Inoac Interior Systems, you will be responsible for payroll and general accounting/financial reporting duties. You are conscientious, a self-starter and love organization and improvement.
We are looking for the right person who fits well with our small accounting team. The position is on-site at our automotive tier-1 & 2 facility in St Marys.

- $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Job Description
- Weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing
- Payroll reconciliations
- Annual Processing for T4, WSIB, EHT, vacation roll
- Point person for Record of Employment, Service Canada inquiries
- Manulife Group RRSP contributions processing
- WSIB reconciliation and remittances
- Team Member support
- Manual invoicing; EDI processing; direct ship invoicing
- AR monitoring; weekly reporting to corporate management
- Cash receipts processing, bank reconciliations
- Pricing maintenance – update ERP as POs change, new part numbers created
- Perform daily/monthly analysis on efficiency and scrap; prepare reports for plant management
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
- Complete month-end and year-end duties
- Work with external auditors for year-end reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience maintaining confidentiality of company and personnel information
- Reliable to commute to, or reside in, St Marys
- 2 years plus payroll experience
- Understand Canadian Payroll Principles; PCP certification preferred
- Payroll software proficiency
- Understand transactional accounting and impact to financial statements
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Be computer savvy: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, MRP/ERP systems
- College Diploma or University Degree in Accounting or Business; will consider experience in lieu
