Interested in joining an outstanding hospitality team? The Event Services department is currently looking for a full-time Event Services Supervisor!
The Event Services Supervisor supports RBC Place London’s strategic plan enticing “raving fans” through our exceptional guest experiences. Providing superior event supervision and coordination of ES associates, the Event Services Supervisor has a strong focus on the client experience while fostering an engaged, innovative, and progressive Event Services team.
Job Skills and Requirements
The successful candidate must have a passion for service excellence. Must have exceptional communication, mentorship, engagement, and organizational skills. A minimum high school diploma with additional hospitality and leadership courses required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years hospitality/food & beverage experience as well as a minimum 1-year experience in hospitality event supervision. Knowledge of beverage inventory and service practices are required as well as a valid Smart Serve Ontario certification.
Please note: this position requires irregular hours, evenings, midnights, and weekends. This position also requires the incumbent to be medically capable of performing the following functions (but not limited to) back, leg and body motions in order to lift, carry, move supplies/equipment. This position also requires carrying a radio and cell phone while on duty.
Total Compensation
Starting wage: $24.08
After 400 Hours Worked: $25.74
