JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
 
The individual in this corporate position will provide expertise and leadership in helping to manage customer service throughout all our stores. This position will support the field by managing programs that help drive core businesses and will be responsible for communication & training of same throughout the organization to build and maintain consistently high customer service standards.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 

Candidate should be a self starter with substantial multi-unit retail experience and strong analytical, organizational and communication skills - both oral and written. Additionally, the position involves working directly with customers
