Project Manager/Program Manager

We are currently seeking applicants for the position of:  Project Manager/Program Manager.
 
The Project Manager/Program Manager will:

• Oversee all aspects of project management.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
• Ensure implementation projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to business requirements and specifications.
• Work with the Technology and Professional Services to coordinate development and delivery of services.
• Produce all required project management documentation such as - detailed project plans, work plans, product delivery schedules, project estimates, conversion schedules, resource plans, project change records, status reports and financials.
• Monitor project performance and interact regularly with project sponsor, as well as internal and external customers and other stakeholders, to ensure effective visibility and communication of project details.
• Ensure all parties (internal and external) are aware of project scope and milestones, highlight divergence from scope, and adjust it where necessary to reflect changing circumstances.
• Collaborate with senior management and project stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables that support business goals.
• Influence and contribute to successful change including new ways of doing business.
• Facilitate the identification and resolution of project issues.
• Manage project related risks.
• Manage and resolve service issues that arise. 

 
Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing IT related projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering PM discipline, structure and order, to an evolving PM environment.
• PMP Certification.
• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities and timelines.
• Sound knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills.
• Highly effective customer service skills and approach.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proven coaching, motivation and staff development skills.
• Demonstrated success in effective delivery.
• Willingness to put in extra time and effort, when necessary, sometimes without warning.
  
   Assets
   
• Professional designation in Project Management. 
• Experience managing IT infrastructure or software development projects.
• Experience with call center operations
