Job Description
SAF Holland Canada Limited with its head office located in Woodstock Ontario is a worldwide leading manufacturer and supplier of premium components and systems for the global commercial vehicle industry. The product range includes axle and suspension systems, fifth wheels, couplers, kingpins, landing gear legs, liftgates and an Aerway agricultural product.
The following career opportunity is currently available:
Reporting to the Controller, your mandate is to ensure our vendors relationships are maintained by performing a variety of accounts payable functions. You will be responsible for processing accounts payable invoices in accordance with Company policies, reconciling vendor account statements, coordinating Company disbursements, reviewing aged analysis reports and processing debit memos. You will also be required to interface with strategic sourcing to review and maintain vendor master records. You will maintain and organize all accounts payable files.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary education in accounting with a minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. The successful applicant will have previous ERP experience, ideally SAP and will ensure quality work while maintaining strict deadlines. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and an advanced level of knowledge using MS Office products, particularly Excel and Access.
