Talentcor Woodstock is currently recruiting for a Permanent Full Time Industrial Electrician (442A) for the Ancaster Area.
$30.00 - $32.00 / hr + Depending on Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of PLC, CNC, Omron Controllers, Allen Bradley, Fanuc Robotics required.
- Install, program, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls within the plant to ensure the ongoing and reliable operation of plant equipment and systems
- Install, maintain, program, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electronic controls within the plant to ensure the ongoing and reliable operation of plant equipment and systems.
- Assess report, promote, and carry-out process improvement initiatives, specifically with regard to machine and/or system reliability, improved start up performance, and improved automation and controls
- Contribute to the development of a preventive maintenance program, calibration activities, and replacement or repair of defective parts, component or system performance testing
- This position requires excellent communication, negotiating, team orientation and problem solving skills.
- Ensure operational quality and efficiency targets are maintained
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment as needed
- Must have proof of Industrial Electrician Certificate (442A) and work equivalency Experience with Mechanical Assembly, Machine repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, PLC and CNC based control and logic systems, welding and basic manual machining skills are an asset
- Must be willing to work continental shifts, or 3 shifts rotating as necessary
