Job Description

Express is currently hiring to fill Receptionist/HR Support role for 6 month placement with our London, ON client. The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience and be customer focused.

  • Monday-Friday, day time hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Assist HR Manager with administrative duties.
  • Additional office duties as required.

Qualification:

  • 3 years administrative experience, preferably in a receptionist or front office administrator role.
  • Professional phone manner.
  • Must be customer focused and service oriented.
  • Proficient with MS Office
