Our client in Waterloo is looking for a Junior Sales and Warehouse candidate who will be able to learn on the fly and grow within the company.

The company is one of Canada's leading national distributors of building products for the residential, commercial and industrial construction markets. This company is a very large corporation that is steadily growing company. They are looking for someone with an Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for success both personally and within a team environment.

In Phase One: you will be responsible to enter and update orders, source background information on orders, assist the sales team, and other service support as required.
Assist with the warehouse in regards to order picking among other duties.

In Phase Two: you will be transitioned into the office where you will be responsible for Inside Sales. You will grow and develop through assisting current clients

In Phase Three: you become an Account Manager (outside sales rep), responsible for helping to grow the business through referrals, word of mouth, and persistence.

If you are passionate about sales than this role is a good one. Once you have become strong within the inside sales role, the ultimate goal is to transition into an Account Manager.

- Previous Customer/Client Service experience
- Order picking experience
- Previous warehousing and shipping/receiving experience an asset but not required
- Sales experience would be an asset
