A client in the Guelph location are seeking for an Administrative Coordinator to work in their office for a 1 year contract role.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Proofing documents, transcribing letters, data entry
- Provide basic layout design and input ad orders into the order entry system
- Provide clerical/accounting support for the Real Estate Team
- Ensuring quick turnaround time by meeting specified deadlines while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

- Position with a reputable company
- Wage: $14.00/hour
- Monday to Friday - 8:30am -5pm
- Pleasant working environment
- Weekly pay cheques
- 4% vacation pay added each week


The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Strong proofreading and spelling skills
- Creativity and basic layout skills an asset
- Quick learner, very organized, flexible
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
