We’re looking for a strong leader to join our new Woodstock team as our Branch Manager.

You have a magnificent memory and build a personal rolodex of names and faces in your mind and use it to drive your B2B sales. And perhaps most importantly, you can live and breathe our business and passionately communicate our value proposition to our clients – current and prospective.

The role:
While there is no ‘typical’ day in our world, here are some of the things you’ll tackle:
  • Building our business with sales calls to perspective clients
  • Managing the IS2 Health and Safety/COR Program for the operations, internal staff and temporary employees. This includes conducting hazard assessments, accident investigations and claims management (Don’t worry – we’ll make sure you get all the training you need!)
  • Owning the recruitment and placement functions for your local temporary hiring division
  • Hiring, training and motivating a team of local Recruiters
Your experience:
You have at least five years of proven B2B sales under your belt and a solid track record of coaching and motivating teams to achieve key goals and metrics. You’re a business development/customer service master with impeccable written and verbal communication skills and have a post-secondary degree or diploma. We’d also love to hear about any recruitment industry experience you may have. (If this is a new area for you, don’t worry – we want a great fit for our team and can get you up-to speed!)
