Oxford Community Child Care is recruiting for a dynamic new Team Leader to join our team at the Garderie francophone du comté d’Oxford.  This is a French language child care centre located at ecole Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys in Woodstock, Ontario.
 
The successful candidate will have a commitment to and demonstrated experience providing a high quality learning experience for children, be a team player, enjoy new challenges and be fluent in French.

Qualifications: 

• ECE diploma or degree
• Registration with the College of ECE’s
• Strong teaching skills with adults and children
• Minimum of 5 year's experience, experience in a leadership role is preferred
• Understanding and commitment to the pedagogy of How Does Learning Happen
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Clear Vulnerable Persons Screening
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
