If you are a Marketing Specialist that loves presales activities and is looking to work for an industry leading employer, we have a great opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting for a Presales Marketing Specialist to help create RFP (request for proposal) marketing packages. This is a one year contract to start , however, there is potential for permanent hire for the right candidate.

In this role, you will be working for a leading insurance company supporting their Group Benefits and Group Retirement Services. You will support these lines of businesses by:

Key Accountabilities:

1. Support the maintenance of a library of reference repository documents and questionnaires with current, up-to-date information on Group Benefit & Group Retirement Service products, service features, operational processes, plan member education, plan sponsor resources and tools, investments, marketing initiatives and key differentiators.
 
2. Support the Presale and Education teams by completing administrative, printing and packaging tasks for RFP, shortlist and client visits. Tasks include:

•Facilitate routine printing
•Request/order printing from vendor partners
•Package the RFPs, short list and site visit materials for pickup, courier and travel
•Organize client fairs

3. Support Marketing Presale and National Education teams, including the GRS RFP and Shortlist teams by:

•Supporting the RFP team in creating plan specific materials to be packaged as part of the response for a case. Tasks include
•Create the packaging list
•Order Customized Print on Demand sample booklets and
•Submit Apian requests required for RFPs and Shortlists
•Track and monitor Presale RFP and Short list case activity on behalf of the GBRS Presale Team, including summary monthly reporting, IS development effort, and wins and losses

4. Implement process and work flow efficiencies to optimize effectiveness in handling presale, implementing and ongoing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

•Post-secondary education
•1-3 years of experience in the financial services area or other transferable experience
•Design background and website development – an asset
