POSITION:     Internal Logistic Coordinator

SALARY:         $25/hr (35hr/wk)

DESCRIPTION:

• Develop work-flow systems for inventory, packing, and storage;
• Confirm quantities and qualities of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, overall calories per unit and meal plan;
• Liaise with chefs and production team to coordiante food production, packaging, and storage capabilities;
• Liaise with storage and delivery teams to coordinate efficient flow of product;
• Co-ordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of ingredients, packaging suppiles, packaging staff, and internal communications and schedules;
• Reviw and prepare logistics and packaing reports, progress reports, and product flow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year experience in preparing Keto diet meals;
• One year experience in individual and packed meal production;
• Extensive familiarity with keto proteins and relevant synergies;
• College or university degree in Logistics Management;
