description: Our client is currently looking for a Inside Sales - Order Desk Representative to join their team. In this role your responsibilities will include:

- Sales activities conducted by phone, fax, email or telephone
- Daily processing of sales orders managed by an outside/field sales representative or the sales of goods or services that can be handled without direct face-to-face contact with the customer.
- May need to handle customer service issues, which may include such things as processing warranty claims credit notes etc. to a French speaking customer base

qualifications: The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

- Working knowledge of JD Edwards and/or other ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills together with a desire to exceed our customers needs and expectations
- Ability to communicate at a business level, in writing and orally in English and French is required
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
