We are looking for three Bilingual Advisor Services Representatives for our client in Oakville, Waterloo or Kitchener to provide dedicated assistance to Investments & Securities financial advisors and clients with questions about plans and products. As the ideal candidate, you'll have perfect communication skills in English and French and excellent customer service skills in order to manage high-priority relationships with one of Canada's top financial services companies.

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Respond to a large volume of incoming telephone calls and emails from independent financial advisors and clients regarding account inquiries and problem resolution of client accounts;
• Calling clients to clarify paperwork discrepancies;
• Analyze complex issues to find efficient and effective resolutions by communicating with internal and external stakeholders, using multiple databases, and problem-solving;
• Working proactively and effectively on a team;
• Assist advisors/assistants with account opening, trade processing, deposit, or other system related questions;
• Keep current with industry news and company policies and procedures;

Qualifications
- Excellent communication & proven customer service skills in English and French
- IFIC Operations or CSC courses an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills in a call centre environment (1-2 years)
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Able to multi-task with different programs in a fast consistent work environment
- Strong problem solving skills

- Knowledge of French financial terminology is preferred
- Experience within banking, dealer, or Mutual funds is preferred
