Equipment Service Technician – Bench and Install

The Position
  • People person. You will be the point of contact for clients, providing them with any required service needs
  • Taking initiative. You will foster new client connections, promoting new business and services within the industry
  • Naturally curious. You like to understand how even the smallest of parts of equipment run so you can easily repair
  • Technically inclined. You will service equipment; support installations, run equipment diagnostics, and perform repairs  as required
  • Driven to learn. You will keep up to date with vendor equipment and machinery
  • Keeping things tidy. Administrative duties will need to be managed including work orders, billings and maintenance of parts/tool inventory
  • Hands-on. The position requires someone who is comfortable with heavy lifting of equipment and machinery

The Candidate
You are someone who understands the value of strong customer relationships, and you know how to provide a client with great service. You are natural born tinkerer who has a passion for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. Understanding and working with machinery and equipment is your strong suit. You have great time management skills, organizational skills, and work well under pressure. An education in mechanical or electrical technology is an asset. Experience is preferred but not a requirement, we are looking for someone driven by the challenges and opportunities offered by the role.
