Requirements and Tasks for this position:

• Experience and/or knowledge in the Electrostatic Power Painting process
• Self-motivated team player who can provide input for improvements
• Physically fit and able to lift and move items when required
• Self-motivated team player who communicates with others
• Mechanical background for troubleshooting and procedure improvements
• Operation of equipment; paint guns and other items as required to complete tasks
• Attention to detail and maintaining quality of product by identifying defects
• Willing to learn new skills and perform other tasks as required to complete the job
