Starting wages $12.71/hour plus shift premiums + Voluntary overtime opportunities - Straight shifts, no rotation.   

Requirements for this position:

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 15 lbs. throughout shift
• Operation of machines as required to meet daily production demands
• Gluing, and preparing products for full assembly
• Attention to detail for inspection of parts for quality while maintaining daily quotas
• Excellent communication skills to provide feedback on process improvements
• Flexible to work independently or as a team across departments as required
