Who we are searching for:

Highly motivated and aggressive self-starter with a solid background in information technology – Reporting to the Manager, Corporate IT, this individual will configure, deploy and maintain technical solutions within the IMS Corporate environment..  Additionally, this individual will establish/maintain relationships with all 3^rd party vendors related to server-based deployment and provide technical support to IMS employees.

Your role at IMS:

• Administer and support corporate hardware and software environments
• Support Smartphone programs and services
• Manage domain registration and SSL certificates
• Monitoring and security of systems
• Install configure, maintain operating systems on all corporate environments
• Asset management
• Perform maintenance duties and tasks in an effort to prevent unscheduled loss of services
• Build and maintain technical documentation
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
• Creation of scripts to enhance efficiency of server maintenance
• Collection of statistical data used in monitoring and evaluating performance of corporate environments throughout the company as required
• Ensuring backup-up procedures are followed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills you bring to IMS:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
• ITIL v3 an asset
• CCNA an asset
