Our client in the Cambridge location is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team for a contract position to start.
In the Accounts Receivable Clerk position you would be responsible for:
- Reviewing Aging Reports in conjunction with the established credit policies
- Investigating and resolving customer credit deductions in a timely fashion
- Preparing customer account reconciliations
- Actively pursuing collection of delinquent accounts
- Preparing all necessary supporting documentation
- Investigating problems and contacting customers to correct payment issues
- Liaising with customers and handling customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Working with internal departments to resolve issues

Qualifications
- Excellent oral communication skills

- AS400 would be an asset
