Job Duties:
Scheduling service appointments by obtaining customers and vehicles data prior to arrival; Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner; Refers to service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional service needs; Advises customers of the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicle; Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for both labor and parts; Checks repair progress, and contacts customers regarding any changes.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Must be Detail Oriented and have effective verbal and listening communication skills; Must have the ability to work with limited supervision;  Must have a Valid "G" license with a clean driver abstract record; Enjoy working with others, Problem solving, Decision making with Critical thinking.
